I've got an eye on another Contessa that needs a motor (and a rear awning). Assuming yours is in 'running order', what is the possibility of using the engine out of your boat.
I have a trailer if absolutely necessary to take whole boat away but it's a long haul, and a not inexpensive one, back to Ontario. Would rather pay a mechanic to remove yours.
If we could not manage extracting the engine, I would need to show that I owned the boat at the border and that it was sold for parts and removal.
