So, we picked this up two years ago in Kentucky about 100 miles from where it was made in Tennessee. We found one transporter with the special trailer needed to haul it from its only home in a covered slip at a small reservoir to South Florida where we rented it out on AirBnb.Of our two houseboat rentals this was far and away the biggest earner and handily paid for itself and its shipping in about 18 months, without ever leaving the dock. 2016 financials are posted with photos. The wife says this one has to go and its time for something new.The 70hp Johnson outboard runs great and she can be sailed pretty much anywhere along the coast. It won Chive's 2016 houseboat rental of the year and has been almost constantly booked since putting her in the water.Inverter, extra batteries and all furnishings are included. She currently sleeps four, with two twin beds in the upstairs loft. Heat and AC both work great and we are happy to include our extensive client list and support staff contacts if desired.Make a great weekend retreat while it pays its own slip fees as a part time rental.
