WHAT I KNOW THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT / UPGRADE / REPLACEMENT
Mostly minor things for peace of mind
- One soft spot on the starboard
side deck due to multiple use from boarding.
- Couple of feet of trimming,
port aft near the stern above the waterline
- Soft trim sections under front
window in the main salon
- Various lights, including nav
lights
- Trim tabs in fixed position,
disconnected from hydraulics
- Couple of fuel hoses rusty
- Some gauges at helm
- Some water hoses leak
- Stuffing box would need
re-tightening/re-packing on the next haul-out
- Small soft section of wood,
starboard from bowsprit
- Deck crane winch not tested
- Big space for a galley fridge, home size is OK (110v plugs)
- Cockpit fridge not tested
I have never used: A/C, water and heads. Pumps seem to operate, but I never tested these systems.
Please don't ask about fuel consumption, I have no way of knowing that as I have never run her from full to dry and there are no gauges to indicate it.
