So, this is a painted boat? Is there nothing worse than a painted Boston Whaler 16 footer? Where are the original transom eyelets? Do you know the area where you installed the non-original eyelets is not as structurally secure as original location? Did you replace the brass drain tubes? Or just paint over them?
