2012 Sweetwater Series 2286 Pontoon boat. This thing is loaded!! It

includes everything you need to put it in the water. With the 115 HP

e-Tec, this thing really scoots for pontoon. I have pulled kneeboards,

double tubes and water skiers with this thing. It's no ski boat, but no

ski boat can haul 14 people with room for a cooler and comes with a

toilet and changing room.

I bought this in June 2012 and the motor only has about 20-25 hours on it.

Absolutely no problems, no issues and no damage, other than some normal

wear and tear scuffs or scratches. Very minor, normal stuff.

Here is what you get with this package:

- 22' Sweetwater 2286 pontoon boat with the tri-toon package. Third

tube adds carrying capacity (14 people instead of the normal 10) and

handling.

- 115 HP Evinrude E-Tec 2 cycle, direct injection outboard. Less than 20

hours, rarely run at full throttle. Motor has a 6 year warranty. No mixing oil, this has a separate

reservoir for the 2 cycle mix. Almost zero smoke with this motor. Seems

to burn as clean or cleaner than most 4-cycles.

- 20' Yacht Club tandem axle pontoon trailer with surge brakes.

Boat includes:

Sea Land Sanipotte - small portable toilet, includes chemicals and toilet paper.

5.2 GPM washdown pump with spray hose allows you to rinse and wash the boat using lake water.

Camco Stow&Go stainless propane grill with pole mount.

Hummingbird 385ci Combo - Fishfinder, sonar, and GPS. Includes Navionics Hotmaps Premium Lake Maps on SD card.

I currently have a loan on this boat. The loan will have to be paid off prior to the buyer receiving a clear title. I have the title in my hand, but my bank is listed as a lien holder, Not really a big issue, just realize that it may take 2-3 weeks once payment is made for my bank to send the "Release of Lien" letter to me and then I would have to mail it or deliver it the buyer.
