The interior of this yacht is in excellent condition. A recent Marine Appraisal lists the mechanical features to be in above average condition and the motors and generator have been well maintained by an retired Navy man. The boat was recently hauled out, repainted and all in water gear was refreshed. The turbo diesel engines start quickly and don't smoke. The boat is currently in the water in Key West, Florida at Stock Island Village Marina and has served as home for a great couple for the past 7 years. Many updates have been done, there's a Boston Whaler tender with a very low hour nearly new Yamaha four stroke engine, a custom fiberglass roof and lighting was recently installed and the upholstery is in excellent condition throughout. The dual stations both function as intended and many of the electronics have been updated. A new ice maker is in the salon and the boat is available as a furnished turnkey home in Key West. The vessel is US Coast Guard documented & in daily use.
