RF end of pontoon has some damage from previous owner who hit something but has been that way since I got it. Has some minor dock rash!
Description: 

This is a custom built , I

took a 28' sun tracker party hut, stripped it all way down to bare

frame, re decked it , new flooring, and framed it up with aluminum and

built a 8x20 cabin area house on it. It has a 90 hp 4 stroke 2005 Merc engine

on it, very efficient on gas. It has fresh water hold tank, port a

potty bathroom, kitchen sink, dinette, LP gas stove, 110v refridge and

wired 110 volt and has a 3.5KW generator. Has 3 cameras for navigation aid.

The roof can also be used to fish off or sun bath. Has a ladder to

access the roof. I have way over 20K in construction of this boat plus

putting a 4 stroke engine on it vs the 70 hp 2 stroker that was on it.

trailer is also included. It has been admired by many at the Bald eagle
