Second engine turns over but will not fire. Had gas tanks professionally cleaned then had heath and family issues did not put gas back in.2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with stand up shower (with seat) in the main bathroom. Originally designed to sleep 7.2x30 Amp shore power inputs,Full Kitchen Fridge, 3 burner stove, built in microwave. Pull out sink faucet with 2 settings.Interior very clean and in good condition. Bow bath can be converted with additional piece to accommodate a triangular shaped bed appropriately king size at the top or 2 singles with space in the center of the room. Stern bed was designed to have 2 beds, either singles or you can pull out the base of bed, lie the back cushion down and 2 can sleep on port side potentially with one on starboard side. I converted second bunk with a clothing rod to add closet space. Previous owners had it set up like a crib with brackets on the wall to add a removable edge. Saloon has a moveable bar and TV mount for 28-32 inch tv. Flybridge seats 5 and there is an additional removable bench that seats 3 on the lower outdoor deck. The bench on the upper part of the deck can be used facing forward or backward (the backrest can be moved). Small swim platform on the back but missing lower ladder. Several plastic windows are cracking and should be replaced in the near future. New bilge pumps. Gas tank freshly cleaned. Vessel is in the water and either needs to be moved, or you can leave vessel there and sign a lease with Marina. This Marina does not pull boats out of the water. There is a place 1 mile away from Marina where you have water access. Huge cardboard tube in pics contains an additional full enclosure for the lower (stern) deck. Canvas is in great condition but if you chose to add the rear enclosure the eisenglass would need to be replaced. Forgot to shut cabinet in bathroom for pics but it is complete and not damaged.
