Sales, use, or excise taxes, title fees, license fees, and brokerage fees are not included in the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for these fees and they will be collected as required by state law. Buyer is responsible for titling the vehicle and perfecting any applicable lien in any state outside of Montana. Seller will collect tax, title and registration from Montana residents. A $249.00 administrative processing fee will be collected in addition to these taxes and fees.

A $2000.00 credit card deposit is due immediately following the conclusion of the auction. Full payment is required within 14 calendar days of the auctions end. Bank financing is available with approved credit. Please contact Seller for more information as Seller can help U.S. citizens arrange financing at very competitive rates.

This transaction is to be completed through classifieds board. Since this vehicle is also for sale locally, Seller reserves the right to end the listing early without notice if the vehicle sells prior to the end of the auction. Buyer is fully responsible for pickup or shipping of the vehicle unless other prior arrangements have been made.
