Seller Notes:
The port engine sea water flow is sometimes reduced, causing the port engine to run warmer than the starboard engine. Need to determine what is restricting sea water flow (clogged strainer, etc). - The radar array stopped working. The display itself works, and the radar array worked for a number of years. I believe that it could be connector corrosion (there is a connector near the radar array, where the cable exits the radar arch) There are 3 heat pumps, one in the dining area, one in the salon, and one in the aft cabin. They use sea water as the cooling/heating medium. They do a great job of providing air conditioning when it's hot. And they also provide good heat when it's cold (as long as sea water is above 40 deg F).
