Hi. I'm interested in your Silverton. Are the engines in good shape? Do you know what kind of fuel consumption you get? I've primarily been looking at diesels, and I know gas doesn't do quite as well as diesel, but at least I know how to work on them. My plan is to get the boat to Myrtle Beach SC where my son is a firefighter/EMT. Cost of living is pretty high down there, so my son will live aboard until he can save up for a house. Then I get to take it south when I retire. Are there any issues with the boat that would prevent us from doing that?
