NO RESERVE
The boat is on land in storage in Danvers, MA (near Boston). The storage/moorage is to be arranged by the buyer. Contract with the marina yard is to be signed or the boat has to be moved to a different location shortly after the purchase.
All pictures were taken in May 2020 and reflect the current condition of the yacht. She was well taken care of and continuously upgraded, although plan for a regular seasonal cleaning before you start your cruising.
When the Silverton 392/372 (LOL-43'9") was introduced, its revolutionary "Sidewalks" staircases became the new benchmark in the industry for maximizing interior space in a midsize motor yacht. The addition of the port and starboard exterior stairways allowed Silverton to expand the interior salon area to the full 14' beam of the boat, giving the boat the largest salon in its class.
She will be a perfect live-aboard vessel and a spacious modern performance cruiser.

Both Crusader 454 XLi-Series 7.4L Fuel Injection engines were always excellent runners with about 800 hrs on them.
In the spring of 2019 one engine didn't start at the beginning of the season and no actions were taken by the previous owner and no mechanics involved. He is an elderly person and decided to retire from boating in the fall.
A professional mechanic was hired 2 weeks ago to assess both engines. He spent several hours on the boat and determined that both engines would not start in their present condition. He gave me a written estimate for work to be done. The minimum and maximum cost to make both engines excellent runners again. BTW, the starboard engine has anew transmissioninstalled.
Work estimate with all parts included below:
Minimum is $11,000 with replacement of the starboard engine block, manifolds and risers and no major parts for the port engine.
Maximum is $16,000 with both engines involved to the same degree of work.
Minor variations in price are to be expected. Allocate a week of work to it.
After this work you will have a perfect boat functioning to its fullest capacity that you can take anywhere in confidence.
This model of Silverton 372/392 MY was built between 1996-2001 and are on the market for up to $130,000 with gasoline engines(https://www.denisonyachtsales.com/yachts-for-sale/39-Silverton-392-Motor-Yacht-2001-Warwick-Rhode-Island/7398712)

DISCLAIMER:
Please have in mind, you and only you have to arrange transportation, shipping, storage, if needed. For shipping quotes please contact boat movers, shipping brokers, yards, marinas, etc. I cannot quote you on a service I do notprovide.Welcome to ask for my opinion or advice.
If you wish to see the boat in person, I can arrange it, but you have to do it DURING THE AUCTION only, not after. If you win, you bought her.Your bid is a contractual agreement.
This is an auction with NO RESERVE and is not subject to anything such as: survey, financing, viewing, family consent, etc.
The vessels ownership will be transferred by a titling agency of your choice. DMV doesnt do USCG Documented vessels transfer. I have all proper original documentation on the vessel to pass it to the next owner. She is USCG Documented vessel (not state titled).
The mechanic's contact information will be given to the winning bidder. He is an experienced marine mechanic, licensed and properly insured.Remember, when done, you will have about $80,000+ boat giving you lots of fun on the water and possibly may be your home. Many modern apartments actually have much smaller accommodations than this yacht.
I made every possible effort to present this yacht to the fullest of my knowledge. If you are reading this, I thank you and appreciate your time and interest. My number is phone text/whatsapp anytime. Calls are from Noon - 10 pm only please.

If she is still available; I have the cash now and ready to close the deal.
What is your bid process and when does the auction close? Please give your best guess as to when the boat can be moved (Is the amount of snow an issue?) How available is the mechanic? Where the systems winterized when the gentleman retired from boating? How old are the electronics? How many owners has the boat had and how long did this person own it? I would like to see the additional pictures you referred to.
Thanks,
Bill Schulte
