With a unique side walk design, featuring a full beam salon with twin staircases coming down from flybridge instead of side decks. This yacht packs a tremendous amount of living space into its length with two double berth staterooms, one forward, one aft, two heads, and berths for eight. This boat would be a great family cruiser and/or livaboard. The molded side walk steps create very comfortable access to the flybridge and foredeck. It has a hard top over the aft deck, and a sweeping staircase down to dive platform. This boat is actually 35 foot overall with a 124 beam and a 29 draft but no boat in the world packs this much space in this size of a boat. This boat was new and sunk at the dock in the Miami River in brackish water just above cabin sole at the Merill Stevens boat yard after through hull was installed in 1998- electrical panel, electronics, etc. remained untouched, but at which time, engines and generator were removed.one window was replaced A good friend of mine purchased it to restore it but his daughter needed a place to live so she took up residence in it at the dock until now.
