Payment is due when auction closes and then we will begin the boat transfer process once full payment is made. We reserve the right to relist or sell to another person if auction winner fails to meet any of the deadlines including full payment at auction close.

Please note: A $499 boat ownership transfer fee, which covers lien verification and boat ownership transfer arrangements including a Bill of Sale if needed; this fee will be added to the winning bid amount.

• We will refund your money if the boat was not described accurately, but once you take possession of the boat and/or title there is no longer a refund available. There will be no refunds once you take possession of the boat or take possession of the signed title
• Please fully inspect the boat and/or title information with or without a boat mechanic before taking possession of the boat. We also offer no warranty or refunds once you take possession of the boat. All sales are final and "as is,"
• If refunded for any reason, we reseve the right to file as unpaid with classifieds board and also cancel the auction as "buyer not paid."
