Up for sale is a lift kept 1999 SeaRay 240 Sundeck in excellent condition. The owners of this boat reside in Florida for only four months of the year and the boat sits out of the water on a lift at their Florida home the remaining eight months of the year. The boat only has 471 hours of use and, as a result is in excellent condition. The 5.0 liter Mercruiser I/O was recently serviced and runs perfectly. The interior of the boat is in excellent condition with no rips or stains on the cushions and a small tear in the cockpit carpeting which can be seen from the photographs.
