97 Sundancer 300 in nice shape. Twin Merc 350 I/O's, Alpha One outdrives. New imperllers and props last season. Boat has approx 460 hours on it. Port engine was completely rebuilt (professionally) two seasons ago. That motor has about 40 hours on it now. Full camper canvas, cockpit cover, stern curtain. Sleeps 6 below, and a few up top if needed.(cockpit benches convert to full bet Head with wand sin/k/shower combo. Aft cabin. Fridge, stove, microwave. Lots of storage. Lowrance GPS. FRESH WATER boat. Windlass anchor.Runs and handles very well. Comes with 2007 V-bunk trailer with electric brakes, excellent tires- Used only for storage and in an out of the marina twice a year so it's like new.
Does not have heat/air.
Issues: The domestic hot water tank needs to be replaced if you want hot water. It was plugged (without me knowing) so not all the water got out for winterization one year and it froze. I removed it but still have the cabinet and hook ups, just the inner tank is bad. That plug is also what caused the port motor to overheat, which is why I decided to pull it and get it rebuilt. (there's a heat exchanger that runs through the tank off the port engine, which is by passed now but simple to hook back up if wanted). It has a radar, but the antenna housing got damaged by snow load one winter. I don't use it, so never got a new cover, but I doubt they're expensive. I figure to replace the water heater and antenna is about $500 in parts so that's factored into the low price. I just lowered it by $1K on the minimum and buy it now. Wife will not be happy! This is a fantastic boat for the money, if you look around you won't find a better deal. The boat is in Duluth MN, can be trailered away, or run through the great lakes to anywhere you want. I'm the 3rd owner but it's always been on Lake Superior. MIght consider partial trade for 21'-23' Sea Ray Deck boat/w trailer.
