2007 Sea Ray 260 SUNDANCER IMMACULATE CONDITION - A true CREAM-PUFFI am the 2nd owner of this gorgeous boat which has always been maintained and cared for like new.. This is a dream boat for many!! Not many boats are kept this clean or maintained this well. I challenge you to find a nicer 2007 Sundancer 260 at this price! I am heartbroken to sell this awesome boat, but we just dont have the time enjoy it. Despite its 260 badge, this boat is 28.5 Feet long and 7500lbs dry weight. 8'6" beam. Extremely low Hours (Only 240 hrs on the engine). Engine was never abused - Gently driven everywhere. Everything works perfectly. No shoes were ever worn on this boat. Cabin still has new boat smell. No pets. No Partying! Cabin carpets have ALWAYS been covered with liners and are like new. Cockpit carpets are stain free - NO SHOES EVER. Engine compartment is super clean (You could eat off of the floors in the bilge). Sides of the boat are SCRATCH FREE.. no gouges from docks etc. This is a FRESH WATER boat since new. Bottom line: I babied this boat since it was 6 months old when I purchased it from the original owner and the condition is SUPERB.. Act fast because a boat in this condition will not last long at this price. I have all of the original paperwork, service records, and owners manuals. Fluids and anodes changed EVERY SEASON without fail. Hard to believe this boat is 10 years old! Selling below book value. boat into storage everything on the boat functioned 100% perfectly with

no known defects. The boat started right up, runs smoothly with good power and jumped up on

plane beautifully with power to spare! No hesitation, stalling, or bogging. All gauges, water systems, heating and cooling, vacuflush, bilge pumps,

trim tabs, outdrive, and windlass - all functioned perfectly at that time. At this time the Buyer

accepts that the boat is currently in winter storage and under shrink wrap. All statements made herein are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and every effort has been made to describe the boat to the best of my ability. The buyer agrees that the boat is sold "AS-IS" and "With All Faults" including those known and unknown by the seller. Sale is being made without any warranty of

any kind either expressly stated or implied; including but not limited

to the merchantablilty and fitness of the vessel. The buyer is encouraged to have the boat inspected by an authorized Mercruiser Mechanic and/or an Accredited Marine Surveyor. (I do not want any "shade-tree" mechanic or weekend "boat expert" poking and prodding at my boat if they don't know what the hell they are doing!) These inspections will the responsibility of the BUYER. Arrangement and the cost of transport will be the buyers responsibility. A signed purchase contract (provided by the seller) and a 10% good faith deposit is required upon agreement to purchase. Deposit will be refundable ONLY if 1) boat fails Marine Survey performed by an Accredited Marine Surveyor 2) Buyer is denied bank financing and can provide proof thereof, 3) the boat is deemed un-insurable. or 4) Seller backs out of the deal (with the consent of the buyer). Deposit will also be forfeited if the buyer is unable to complete the purchase by the agreed upon "closing date" or for any other reason not listed above. Possession, Keys, Title/lien release(s), and all contents, user manuals and paperwork will be turned over to the buyer upon confirmed cleared funds by sellers financial institution. Buyer agrees to transfer title and register the vessel in their own name within a reasonable time-frame.Due to the current storage status, the marine survey may need to be performed out of the water and without the benefit of a sea trial. Boat will not be in the water until late May. Upon payment and the taking possession of the boat, the buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the boat, including but not limited to maintenance, repairs, or any other issues that may arise and buyer will hold seller harmless for unforeseen problems that may occur beyond the date of sale.
