Super nice Sundancer. Less than 200 hrs on a 7.4 MPI 310 HP. Runs like a top. Boat has been professionally maintained. Originally out of Texas and a fresh water boat. We are the third owners but just don't get to take it out enough. CD Player does not work and the vacuflush head needs a lower valve unit. (Easy fix) I have put a shutoff valve on it and it works fine. Lowrance depth/fish finder and a Garmin 500 Inland waterway lake mapping. Steering wheel wood cover is coming apart (UV damage) so either needs wrapped or new. Has A/C with a heat strip and Kohler Gen Set. both run well. Trailer is a 2000 Pacific 3 axle in excellent shape. Tires have 3 seasons on them. Overall boat is in very good condition with an extremely low hour engine that has many years remaining.

Description:

This is a great starter or upgrade boat. Low hours with many luxury options. A fresh water boat with inner cooling. Gen Set has it's own battery and is a low hour unit.. Cabin upholstery is in excellent shape and cockpit is above average. Needs a few items to be perfect (mentioned in "condition") but, overall a very good conditioned boat. If you want to look good on the lake this 270 is an excellent choice for not much money.
