Engines have been routinely SERVICED AND WINTERIZED once per year and WERE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION BEFORE THE ENGINE ROOM WAS PARTIALLY SUBMERGED AS STATED BY THE OWNER.
THIS BOATS HAS BEEN ON DRY DOCK FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS
I DID NOT START AND RUN THE ENGINES. THE BATTERIES WERE FLOODED AND REMOVED. THE STARTERS HAD ALSO BEEN SUBMERGED
THE STEERING IS HYDRAULIC AND OPERABLE AS STATED BY THE OWNER
CONTROLS FUNCTION AND CABLES ARE FREE
Cabin interior is IN GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE, including carpet, cushions and headliner.
The cockpit seating IS COMPLETE AND CLEAN WITH EXCEPTION OF A FEW MINOR SPOTS
THIS BOAT HAS A FULL SIZE SWIM PLATFORM
THE GELCOAT IN COCKPIT IS IN GOOD CONDITION WITH WEAR MARKS BUT NO CRAZING
THERE IS A COCKPIT BIMINI ENCLOSURE THAT NEEDS TIGHTENING, SNAPS AND ZIPER BUT IS IN GOOD CONDITION
THERE ARE NO SOFT SPOTS IN THE COCKPIT OR THE DECKS
THE HULL GELCOAT IS DULL BUT NOT CHECKED A GOOD COMPOUNDING AND WAX WOULD BRING IT BACK TO VERY GOOD CONDITION
THERE ARE SCRATCHES AND DINGS IN THE HULL GELCOAT BUT NO SIGNS OF HEAVY IMPACT
The HULL is solid with no signs of moisture or soft spots
BOAT HAS BEEN USED IN SALT WATER, AND UNDERWATER GEAR SHOWS LESS THAN AVERAGE CORROSION FOR ITS AGE

Vessel is being sold clear of all debts and yard bills
