This 1989 is in great shape inside and out. Minor cosmetic things, of course, it's an '89 but above average condition cosmetically still. Mechanically, this beauty is ready to go. Twin 7.4 Liter 454's with low engine hours in excellent condition 340 HP a piece. Highly desired forward master cabin. With 2nd cabin, a kitchen area, living area, full bath, and shower room, this makes for an excellent live aboard if desired. 2 A/C systems, 6.5 kw Merc. Generator, (2) 125 gallonfuel tanks, 100 gallon water storage tank, new batteries, new LED lights, new depth/fish finder, Complete upper and lower canvass and isinglass covers. Just to reiterate, the mechanical condition of this boat is excellent and needs nothing. The Engines and Generator fire right up with no problems or hesitation.Negatives:The hot water heater will need to be replaced soon. I have purchased one but it still needs to be installed. One of the A/C Compressor is starting to make a noise. It still works well but I purchased another one that is on the boat for when it finally goes out. I was quoted $550 (labor) to repair both. The only other issue is the motor on the windlass no longer works. $150 to $200 dollar part. The anchor can still be used manually.I am looking for a quick sale. I will be reducing the price today to $23,000.00 to deduct for the hot water heater, windlass motor, and A/C compressor. Again, I do have the compressor and the hot water heater but they will need to be installed at some point. The current A/C compressor and hot water heater do still work for now. Price is good until the listing ends.
