You are bidding on a newly listed Brokerage Vessel... This 2003 Sea Ray 290 BR powered by twin Mercruiser 350 M.P.I. engines with 545 hours of use... New Risers & Manifolds recently installed, and annual services have been completed. She is a second owner boat purchased in November of 2016... Aside from some small cosmetic issues this very large & accommodating 290 shows very well for her age. Upgraded stereo with JL Audio Marine speakers, & a newer Garmin GPS combo plotter help to round off what is a very well kept up with Sea Ray 290 ....

She also has a full enclosed bathroom/changing room with a upgraded Vacu~Flush toilet which was very rare for early 2000's, but Sea Ray being most popular high production Yacht manufacture allowed the builds to come with more than just a Porta-Poti, or Marine Head option. The entertainmet & comfortability of the 290 BR is what really sells this boat, & her lines are still modern enough to turn heads at an affordable price. This same unit now is pushing north of a quarter million new from the 2021 fleet for a 30ft SLX .... & you CANNOT TELL A DIFFERENCE in the ride or quality of the hull. Same great Sea Ray nautical engennering & dead rise.

Great looks and styling are only the beginning with the 290 BR. Shes got a solid deep-V design, 21-degree deadrise, and plenty of power to push her through even the worst days keeping you comfortable and dry. The helm resembles that of a fine luxury car with a simulated burlwood dash, custom instrumentation and gauges, and a Euro style tilt steering wheel. Engine access is easy through this electrically activated hatch under aft lounge or the second configuration sun pad. This is a feature usually only seen on much larger boats. Theres plenty of room to perform routine maintenance and servicing.

ON A NOTE

The market for super-size runabouts was undergoing explosive growth in the early 2000s when Sea Ray introduced the 290 Bowrider. She was then the companys largest open-bow model ever, and her wide 9'8"" beam offered interior space for a small crowd. Built on a deep-V hull, the 290 has the size and bulk to handle offshore waters with ease. Two cockpit seating plans were available: The standard layout has U-shaped seating aft, a back-to-back companion seat, and a centerline transom walk-through, while an alternate plan features a large sun pad aft, a starboard walk-through, and bucket seats forward. A cockpit wet bar is standard in either arrangement as are an electric engine compartment hatch and an in-floor ski storage locker. In the bow, a table and filler cushions turn the forward seating area into a huge sun pad. A lockable head in the portside helm console comes with a VacuFlush head, sink, and pullout shower. Additional features include a flip-up helm seat, transom shower, and an extended swim platform. Twin 300hp MerCruiser 350 Mag M.P.I. sterndrives deliver a top speed of around 49 knots or 51-53mph depending on weight & weather.
