If you require a Temporary Tag we will need copy of valid insurance card, it does not have to be on car purchased yet but proof you do have valid insurance.

Any bidder with negative feedback will have their bid temporarily blocked until we can verify their contact information and bidding is subject to approval by the management.

GENERAL DISCLOSURE:

Please keep in mind these are used vehicles and not new vehicles. Please expect normal wear and tear unless stated otherwise in the ad. Auto Depot Inc has tried to disclose all known information about this vehicle up for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical cosmetic scratches and dings inherent for their age and use, all mechanical parts are subject to fail. We are a true wholesale dealer so most of the vehicles you purchase here are way less then the retail value.

We often go through several hundred vehicles a month. We are not liable for vehicle batteries being low or dead on shipped units as transporters may have left the lights on or ignition turned on in the vehicle during the transport to you, in most cases a simple charge on the battery will cure this. If the battery goes dead the radio in your vehicle may become inoperative and require a programmable radio code before use, programmable radio codes can be obtained at your local new car dealer where that make and model of the vehicle is serviced. Federal law states all vehicles over ten years of age are exempt from accurate mileage disclosure and must be sold mileage exempt. If we have available the listed vehicles books and owners manual we will leave them in the vehicle upon delivery, we also try to take pictures of all the books, keys, remotes and owners manual in the listed ad if they are indeed present.

No repairs, airfare, fuel, lodging or transportation expenses will be refunded to the customer by Auto Depot Inc in the event that there is any discrepancy on this vehicle. All refunds must be approved by the management prior to a refund being issued, this approval must be in writing. The refund will only be issued to the original bidder (purchasers name indicated on bill of sale) not to any 2nd or 3rd parties involved. In the event of a refund Auto Depot Inc will only be held liable for the amount indicated on the vehicles original bill of sale, the $199 dealer fee and a $500 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund proceeds. We can help you secure shipping if necessary. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. The companies we use are dependable, have great rates and are fully insured. We are acting as a broker in the shipping of your vehicle and are not liable for damage done in the course of shipping, that is between you and the shipper. We have on file insurance documents for the shipping companies we use.

PROCESSING FEES:

There is a processing fee of $199.00 added to every auction transaction and this charge will be added to the final auction price. This charge represents cost and profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning and adjusting new and used vehicles, preparing documents related to the sale and customer services provided by the dealer to the customer. The USPS Priority mail fee is included in this cost and is for your protection and ours on the security of the title and paperwork to you. These costs have been absorbed by the dealer for a while and is getting quite expensive. If you watch the sales price of our auctions you can see why we can't afford this cost because we sell at true wholesale! Titles are sent out as they are processed in the order vehicles are sold.

NOTICE TO OUT OF STATE PURCHASERS:

Out of Sate buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in their residing state. Please check with your local county TAG/DMV office to see what the fee's and taxes are in your state for the vehicle you are buying. Auto Depot Inc will furnish you with a 30 day temporary tag if needed "only if you have faxed your valid proof of insurance" which allows you time to get your vehicle registered in your state.
