Boat project. 38Ft.1979 Scarab, with 98% of the parts you need to complete the boat.Motors are both stock marine 454 Mercs. 330 HP. One is 400 hours you can see it run, excellent condition only fresh water use, nice exhaust manifold, this is complete ready to go. The other engine is brand new rebuilt, no distributor, carb. or exhaust manifold.Complete gimbals with inside bracket and lift cylinders. Two complete ready to go Bravo 3 drives ratio two. One has 400 hours, the other 500 hours. Both are resealed with oil tanks and ready to go. Only one drive has he twin props. Lower units have no chips or dings.Gas tank is cleaned but it needs some attention, an additional smaller tank is included. Twin Gaffrig controls for trans and throttle.Brand new hydraulic steering ram.Transport trailer is included.Hull inside is bare, with no floor, transom is removed and ready for a new one, only one bulkhead needs attention, the rest is all good. Top is now separate from the main hull for easy access and work. Twin aluminium stabilizer fins with hydraulic pumps includedFinish the project as the original speed boat or you can easily convert it in a center console.
