Powercat 15T Catamaran 1965 Project

Up for your bid is my 1965 15T Powercat brand racing or performance outboard powered Catamaran project boat. Needs some cosmetics and a little work and will easily be lake or water ready. Price is $2400 and located about 30 miles south of Austin Texas. Clear clean paperwork / documents.Had this boat about a year and a half. Bought it pretty much stripped out. I have added a Bimini top, controls, new cables, did interior work, gauges and added a good 35hp Force outboard. It still needs a gas tank and work on the wiring and tweaking the control cables. Not really too much work needed to be ready for water fun.Please look up the history and info on these classic, rare and unusual boats actually built here in Texas. This one is almost 60 years old but is very thick and solid and sturdy fiberglass. The originals sometimes had twin outboards or large singles. You can definitely go bigger.Original seats and interior long gone. I was in the process of adding new seat mounts and new carpeting. I hated the original configuration of back to back seats. You can easily return to that setup if you like.Boat is nice and solid and just needs paint to restore it's unique style and racing looks.
