You are bidding on a 1972 Pacemaker Flybridge Sedan Convertible 32ft Boat, located in water at a private marine & in decently maintained condition, decks solid all around, hull is great shape. Elderly donor can no longer maintain vessel & has decided to donate, he owned the boat for around 30yrs & took good care of it. Donor stated that he ran the motors a few weeks ago, they ran fine.. I see this vessel has twin Crusader V8 220's that are fresh water cooled, boat also has a Kohler 6.5 kilowatt generator that the donor has not used in a while. Cabin is a bit of a mess with the donor's personal effects, but he will be cleaning his stuff off during this week.. Boat has a large pilot house cabin with working controls that can be switched to flybridge.. There is a couch that converts to a bed, further down there is a head with toilet, sink, & shower.. Boat has a Lestrasan sewer treatment system onboard which allows for waste pumping in water that meets U.S.C.G. codes.. There is a galley with sink, electric stove, refrigerator & dinette that converts to bed, there is a V-berth that sleeps 2, AC & Heater, hot water heater, dual battery system, teak swim platform, flybridge in decent shape, has a new canvas enclosure.. Boat has a power windlass, various electronics, manuals, lots of extras.. Donor will meet up with winning bidder to show him/her the vessel systems & whatnot.. Boat slip lease is up! the boat has to go!, winning bidder has to move boat by or before October 25th.. You can have it moved to another nearby marina for storage if you wish, or you can just drive it away, but it cannot stay in present location.. Please a solid logistical plan in place prior to bidding.. Boat is 11 tons, 32ft long with a 12ft beam..
