1971 47 foot (51) Pacemaker Flushdeck Hull No. 206 needs significant repair or salvage. She was in working condition and recently made the journey from Boston to NYC. Sadly, she broke up during haul out (hull fracture and keel bend). I would cost over $100k to properly restore the hull unless you can do it yourself. My research tells me I can expect to recoup apx. $25,000 to salvage so I am offering her here in one piece before I begin dismantling her the last week of August. I was living aboard in reasonable fashion for a '71 design =). All interior is in good working order. She has twin Detroit 6-71 (2900 hours since rebuild). 15kw Onan, Allison Trans, 150 gal freshwater, twin 150 gal steel fuel tanks, new 20 gal hot water heater, new hydraulic steering, rudders and shafts good (props need lots of love)...everything functions as it should. Full master birth with brand new Casper, private head (brand new electric head with 25 gal black water holding tank). V-berth was my garage for tools and extra everything. Large enough for a full bed, private manual pump head, closet and built in drawers. Amidship are the guest quarters and actual enclosed shower (not wand and get all your stuff wet style). Second set of controls on the fly bridge (it is really awesome to operate this boat from up there). Transom and platform were new in 2015. Small corner snapped on swim platform this season =(. Greetings all! Just an update. I have gotten lots of requests for exterior pics of the damage. The reason they were not posted is because I do not believe it has value. As stated originally, the interior and mechanics have value. Nevertheless, I will try to post some pics shortly showing the crack and the waviness of the hull. I don't have any good pics to show the keel bend. I do have videos taken on the day she died. Some nice video of the diesels running. (they sound awesome). I can send that to anyone interested in private if I cannot post them to the advert. In the pics you can see the crack to the port side, bow. The tape is where the top rails pulled to replace (tape just to keep water out - oh, well). You can see where I started stripping the starboard aft to get a sense of the rot (I was hauling boat to start refurbishing the hull). The only significant damage to the inside of the boat is around the master portholes. Typical leak damage with some extra special squishing from the haul.I have gotten many questions regarding the ease of restoring this boat. The answer is NO! If this were an easy project I'd be doing it! As I originally stated, it will take deep pockets to make this a cruiser again. Less deep pockets to make a floating condo, BUT STILL NEED POCKETS! Haha.If you'd like to hear the diesels running: https://youtu.be/svN7mqkPXnQ
