Splender Craft Houseboat

This is a 1976 V Hull fiberglass 35' houseboat. The wood panels in the floor inside has rotted from moisture but the floor joist are still solid. exterior sidewalls and hull has soft areas from water damage. This boat has two engines that have been kept out of the weather by the covered deck and where running when it was removed from Lake Cumberland in 2003. This Boat has 2 Crusader 350 model 270 engines also found on Chris Craft boat. Trailer is worth asking price! I have no way of testing anything so you will be purchasing "as is". This boat has only been used in "fresh water". There is also a Onan generator between the engines. There is a place on the side of the hull as shown on one of pictures. The trailer is a custom three axles and six lug rims. The tires are low on air and if you are traveling a long distance I would bring a spare. Tires are 8-14.5 with 4 3/4" lug spacing. This boat is roughly 12' wide and with the fly bridge on it is 16' tall. This is mainly parts boat but could be fixed back with a lot of work. this boat will come with Title and it must be transferred before it is removed from the property. This boat will need to be moved within 2 weeks from purchase.This boat is located in Creelsboro Kentucky on the Cumberland river valley about 25 miles from Jamestown Marina at Lake Cumberland. "Please" do not purchase this boat from a different state because the removal of this boat from this property needs to be done asap.
