This is a great boat and I've really enjoyed my time owning it. The dual-cockpit and no windshield make it a lot of fun and it gets a ton of compliments. It's a fiberglass hull with aluminum battens. The only wood is in the transom and under the benches for support. It has wood slat insert floors (one of the pieces in the rear cockpit is broken as seen in pictures). It was restored 5+ years ago (not by me) and has always been garage kept, never left outdoors. The boat doesn't leak and there are no cracks in the fiberglass. The paint looks really nice but up close you can see some imperfections. It shines up really well with a quick wipe. I took a walk around video and will have that up soon so check back for that link. The red bench seats are in great condition and removable, making the boat very easy to clean. One item to note, the boat was originally set up for a 1957 Johnson 35 HP, and thus has the Johnson plate on the dash with one missing button. The boat is rated for up to a 50 hp outboard. I've run it with a 1957 Mercury Mark 55 (40 HP) and a 1958 Mercury Mark 58 (45 HP), both were plenty of power. The trailer isgalvanizedand pulls really well. It comes with a spare tire. One of the lights does not work. Also included is an anchor, 2 boat lines, boat cover, and life jacket pack.No Motor or Throttle Controls included. The motor has been sold with another boat I had.I also have this boat listed locally and it may sell sooner than the auction duration. Please don't hesitate to contact me regardingany questions you may have.1950 1950's 1955 1956 1957 1958 1959 1960 kiekhaefer vintage outboard vintage boat
