PLAYBUOY 40 FT HOUSE BOAT Model #4000. Includes Mercury Mariner 150 HP motor! I just inherited this house boat from an Uncle, the slip where it is stored is going away and I need to have it picked up in the next 2 weeks! So my misfortune is someone's fortune! If you can not make arrangements to pick the boat up in 2 weeks please do not bid, I know its short notice, hence the low cost!This boat is solid, no rot on the wood, carpet needs power washed outside. Mostly cosmetic stuff, inside was gutted but includes a refrigerator, sink, and stove (kitchen measures 85" W x 96" D). Double bunk beds for sleeping accommodates mattresses that are (30"W x 78" long), Bathroom has sink and bath measures (55" W x 55" D), Captains sitting area with bench seating (measures 108" D x 119" W), Closet with shelves (measures 36" D X 24" W, X 80" Tall). Total height inside is 80" throughout.Front Deck is 112" D x 140" WBack Deck is 80" D x 144" WBOAT is 12ft wide on the outsideBOAT height is 90" outside40 ft in length including outside decksDistance between pontoons is right at 9 ftPONTOONS are aluminum 18" to center, so believe this makes them 36" diameterBoat is used, but would be easy to restore to its original appearance. I do not know when the boat was run last, so you may want to have some mechanic skills or a buddy to tune it up! Motor alone is probably worth 2-3K. I have provided many images, please review them for condition, and ask all questions prior to bidding, as all sales are final. It sickens me that I have to let this beauty go, but I just have no where to put it on my dock, or the time to work on it. This is a GIANT state run Maringa and can easily accommodate large trailers for house boats. Easy in and out, again good luck!
