Cypress planked ( 2.5 inch ) on pitch pine frames, fastened with ring shank monel nails, heavy construction! Boat weighs 40 ton, cargo capacity 25 ton. Single screw four blade 36X25, powered by 2 stroke Detroit 871 naturally asperated. New dry stack exhaust. Izuzu 4 cyl. diesel 30 kw generator. Fuel tanks consist of 2 -1000 gallon galvanized steel tanks (full of diesel- approx. $4500 worth). 2-500 gallon galvanized water tanks. Single stateroom on main deck with bathroom, toilet, shower, vanity. Fly bridge with controls. (two helm stations, one in main cabin.) Solar array on top of hardtop consisting of 4- 85 watt and 2- 150 watt Kyocera panels, heavy duty charge controller. Battery bank of 4 new 12v. deep cycle marine batteries. Hydraulic windlass, and large hand crank type, dual anchor stations with heavy 5/8" chain and line, 66# Bruce and 110# Monson. The helm electronics include stereo, chart plotter, VHF, loud hailer, radar, depth and speed, tach, engine temp etc. Galley has two new refrigerators 12 and 110v.I have owed this boat for 15 years enjoyed rebuilding much of this boat; new transom, with tow post, rebuilt rudder and new rudder shaft, propeller tuned with new cutlass and dripless log, new decks with 4x4 timbers with 2x6 pt. lumber then layered with plywood fiber glassed with gel coat and non skid, new interior maple hardwood floors and cedar tongue and groove ceilings, rebuilt hydraulic upper steering station and engine and windlass pumps. My goal of cruising in the Caribbean had been delayed due to arthritis problems, two hip replacements and now a scheduled shoulder replacement the boat is more than I can handle. Last haul out was July of 2018, I have hauled the boat every year and a half since purchase. One photo depicting copper sheathing placed over a re-caulked seam is a technique I have used on every haul out. ( I have been a shipwright working on boats more than 25 years.) Sold the boat and the new owner managed to allow the engine room to partially fill with water, currently the main engine and generator are filled with diesel fuel awaiting rebuilt starters and alternators, the Detroit engine has new injectors and was operational up until two months ago, sea water did not affect the injectors, the "backend" of the 30 kw generator, has been removed and needs rebuild. Obviously there are systems that require rebuilding and replacing. I believe this boat to be of much greater value than offered however due to my personal health condition I am unable to continue work on it. Heck of a deal for the right person! good luck bidding.
