Rare antique 1970 Hobo 18' Houseboat for sale AS IS. No motor. This boat is a great PROJECT boat for someone who wants a one of a kind, extremely rare antique to travel the waters with. Roof heat and AC unit works, has a fresh water tank, partial kitchenette, sleeps four, and only takes 11 inches of water to float!! Does need stringers replaced and some deck work and the starboard skag needs repairing. Transom is good (we had a 350 pound motor on it) and the factory rates it to handle up to a 150 motor.
