1981 - 369 at waterline, CYM Trawler .Needing to sell due to unexpected health issues. 2 cabins v-berth and master stateroom. Recent Survey 4/24/2020. Survey estimates value at $32,500.00 at time of survey. We were in the middle of some cosmetic work and small repairs that need finishing, we were going to work on these as we traveled. Located in Stuart FL. Boat is at a private dock that does not allow live-aboards. If buyer needed to keep boat at dock after sale, arrangements would need to be made with dock manager (they require application be submitted for approval)
