The title says 1994, however we stripped the boat down to the frame in 2018 and remodeled the entire boat. New floats all the way up. I never went down to change the title after the rebuild so it's still listed as a 94. Pics dont do it justice, it looks like something out of a magazine. It sleeps 5 to 7 people, ice cold a.c., dehumidifier, shore power, everything is there to put a motor on it if you choose to do so. It's one of the nicest houseboats you will see. I planned on keeping the boat but this economy had other plans for me. The Vessel is on Lake Conroe in Willis Texas. I have a Marina on the lake that will load it out the water on to a shippers trailer. I also have a shipper if you need help getting it to you I could get you a quote.
