Moving out of the state and need to sell this boat which is docked in San Diego. It has a rebuilt Ford Lehman 125 hp diesel engine with less than 200 hours and a rebuilt diesel generator. Installation of the generator was not completed. 2state rooms with heads for and aft. Was completed painted including the bottom Nov 2012. Lot's of electronics both on the bridge and in the salon wheel house. Includes radar (bridge only), auto pilot, radios, sonar, gps and more. Has new canvas covers, new seat covers on the bridge, and new bed covers. Has microwave, toaster oven, tv and more. I sailed this boat from Florida and it really handles well. Very economical using only 1.5 gph when cruising. The teak wood decking and rails need attention, one wall in the saloon needs work as do the walls in the heads.
