78' Steel Trawler Passagemaker - Project Vessel - USCG Registered

After investing nearly $500k in converting this vessel from a shrimper to a liveaboard, I've decided to discontinue this project after my boat builder passed away. The vessel is currently dry docked in Dickinson, Texas. Buyer is responsible for transporting the vessel or making arrangements with the shipyard to continue its stay there. This USCG Registered vessel has a fly bridge, pilothouse, galley, settee, 3 king-size staterooms with ensuite full heads (toilet, shower, sinks), large engine compartment, large sun deck, Portuguese bridge, and crews quarters. The interior has been framed, plumbed, wired and foam insulated. The subfloors are made with 50-year material. The windows and port lights are welded-in and custom made by Bohamet in Poland.
