50' CATAMARAN STYLE ALUMINUM RACE BOAT HULL

BEFORE YOU BID MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MONEY !!!!!!!! I AM SICK OF DEAD BEATS WITH BIG DREAMS AND NO MONEY !!!!!!What is offered for sale is a piece of offshore boating history. This boat is an18,000 pound aluminum 50 foot Cougar twin V hull which has been professionally stripped. The beam is 12.8 feet with a hull of solid flat stock aluminum. A custom transport trailer built in 1984 by Myco goes with the hull. Myco is still in business in Bradington Florida and still makes custom transport trailers for the military. The trailer is balanced slightly by hydraulics about a 30 angle to fit down the road. The trailer is 55. feet long and 8 feet wide, custom fit to conform exactly to the hull. The trailer has been sitting for a year. One of the tires is flat that i see. The buyer is responsible to move the boat and trailer from its current location. This duo was purchased at a local auction and there is a bill of sale for the boat and the trailer. The hull still carries a 2008 Florida registration sticker on the hull. I personally saw this project arrive at our storage facility about a year ago. In researching this hull, I was told that there were four of these Cougar hulls made in 1983. One was scrapped, one was converted into a tour boat and two were raced. One of those was Eric's Reality (The first black American offshore racer). And the other one was Al Copland's famous Popeye. Steve Ware was the driver. Several offshore race fans have told me this information about the hull. A picture of the Popeye boat was part of the paperwork that I got when I purchased the boat at the auction. As seen in pictures.
