Niantic, Connecticut 06357 This is a 1976 48 Nautaline Houseboat project hull with no engines.. Boat has a solid hull. Stringers appear to be solid but a complete inspection was not conducted Interior has been partially gutted.. I was planning on removing the cabin and dropping a camper into the hull to make a waterfront cottage. Can be used for a floating dock, Tiny house platform, the ultimate party boat, playhouse, hunting cabin, work barge or restored back to classic house boat. The hull is 14' wide but the side platforms can be removed to reduce the width for transport. The boat was transported to its current location on a 36' trailer. There is dry rot on some of the cabin walls above the water line and some of the roof joists. I have owned the boat for 20 year. It has been out of the water for the last 19 years. Please refer to the photos for a more accurate depiction of the boat. The boat will be availible for inspection during daylight hours for the duration of the auction. The seller has not conducted a complete inspection and assumes no responsibility for incomplete information. The buyer assumes all responsibility for inspecting and condition of the boat prior to bidding. Current title to the boat will transfer to the purchaser with a bill of sale.
