$25,000 obo. This is probably one of the nicest vintage houseboat on the market today at this price point. The sale comes with a trailer. I am the 3rd owner of this house boat. The first owner used the boats for about10 years and put it in a climate controlled storage for over 30 years. The second owner purchased it from the estate and redid the plumbing and interior and used it for 5 years until he went through a divorce. I am the third owner. My wife and I purchased the houseboat as a trial to see if we liked weekend living on the water. We absolutely love weekend living so we are wanting a larger houseboat where we can bring kids/grandkids.The motors run strong and have started every time we have been on the water. The throttle cable has more play in it than I like so I have asked the marina to replace both cables for the new owner when they pull it from the water this season. The only other squawks are the fuel guage doesn't work (we just stick the tank) and the port fuel tank was never reconnected after owner #2 removed it to clean it although according to the mechanic, it can be reconnected easily. The starboard tank holds 25 gallons which is plenty for us since we don't go more than 8-10 miles from the dock. The radio doesn't work but we just use Bluetooth speakers and the depth finder is intermittent. All major components work as they should.I would rate the paint a 7. I would give the paint an 8 except there is some significant paint around the rear window that has flaked off. The interior is definitely an 8. If you are looking for a boat in new condition, this boat is not for you. If you want a house boat that looks good, is functional, and at reasonable price point, then this may be your perfect choice. Please feel free to call/text me at phone if you would like to see it first hand and I will make arrangements for you to see it.
