1969 34 foot Nautaline House Boat Cruiser for sale in Auburn, New York -

currently docked at Lockview Marina on County Route 90, in Cayuga, New

York.

This boat has served its purpose in my family for many years. The only

reason I am selling is because we finally broke down and purchased a new

boat. The Nautaline is a cruising boat. It was designed for luxury in

its era and has served as such since then. The boat is in near perfect condition with very minor body damage as you would expect with

age, and would need minimal cosmetic work. There are two upper and one

lower sleeping arrangements. The upper deck of the Nautaline can be used

for small parties (which we have done numerous times). This boat was

NOT made for speed, and is better suited for the older generation. The

engine is a Mercruiser 350 and is only two years old. There is a small

kitchen area with new appliances excluding the stove. The small

refrigerator and microwave have been replaced. The interior has not been

modernized, it has remained in the original state. There is seating and

storage at the bow of the boat, perfect for sitting and relaxing while

out for a ride. This boat will always take you where you want to go. For more information
