Checking to see if this boat is still available? I actually live on Kent Island...

I would love to buy this boat and put a new outboard motor on it, but the price will be around $ 10,000. After that, the boat will be worth about $ 10,000 as it leaves the marina, and $ 7,000 a year later. So, if the price comes down to around $ 1,000, or maybe slightly higher, I'd be interested. I just sold my 1974 19' whaler with a 2003 130 hp outboard running great for $ 5,000. It was just slightly to big for my use.
