It has been in storage for a few years since the previous owners were no longer able to use it. Last year we completed the following work (after being in storage)...it recieved new bellows, engine allignment, compression check for the engine, tune up, oil change, gear lube change, water pump (in the lower unit), etc. It had a small soft spot in the downstairs cabin floor. We cut out the 12"x12" soft area and replaced it with all new floor structure then fiberglassed everything over.It is better than new and 100% solid! The teak was also all refinished. I was going to recut the vertical shelves and small middle seat in the back but have not gotten to it as of yet. They are usable, but I wanted them brand new.It does have encloure windows with canvas/isinglass. The windows have all been very well kept and are in great shape! We never used them, but all of the pieces are rolled and in a large storage container below. The bimini top could use a few stitches, not a big deal, but just wanted to mention it. This boat was upgraded to dual Captains chairs.Less than 120 hours on newer 5.7L engine!!! The tag is on the engine and clearly readable.
