Payment confirmation is due when the auction closes. Once payment is made we will connect you with the boat owner to transfer the boat into your possession. Please note: We charge $399 for boat document processing and to transfer the boat, which covers the boat transfer process, including title verification, payment invoicing and collection and boat transfer with the boat owner including a bill of sale; this charge will be added to the winning bid amount. If the boat is relisted because it did not sell or had no bids the previous auction and then you purchase the boat as the only bidder then this charge is negotiable. This charge will also be refunded in full if you do not take possession of the boat and/or title due to the boat not being described accurately. In some cases the boat owner will give away or sell the boat elsewhere or have an outstanding lien and we will have to refund your money in full if you were invoiced and paid. We have no control over this and will do our very best to prevent this from occurring. In the event that a boat is not available following payment, purchaser agrees that our liability is limited to the total invoiced price. We will immediately refund the entire invoiced price to the purchaser.
