I am the original owner of this boat, having purchased it in November of 2008. It is and has been the perfect family boat for us.Engine Oil, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Spark Plug, Water Separating Unit, and Lower Unit Oil have all been changed each year (regardless of use) by me personally...EVERY YEAR. The cushions are all in fantastic shape. Front cushions and removable dual aft jump seats were ALWAYS garage kept when not in use and boat was always covered with UV protective cover.Original Key West Bimini Top (Black and not pictured) is in great condition, this was also removed from the boat when not being used and kept in the garage. I will be happy to send pictures of the Bimini Top if asked to do so. As stated above, the motor is a 2006 Yamaha 150 Four Stroke that came new with the boat. This motor is clean, super efficient, quiet, and powerful.Cluster includes Tachometer, Miles Per Hour, Compass, and Fuel Gauge. The hull has a KeelGuard Hull protector that was installed in the spring of 2009. The radio and front two speakers were replaced in 2013 and includes an auxiliary port to play music form your electronic device. A VHF Marine Boat Radio was installed in 2012 for added safety when far from shore. All pumps (including for the 30 gallon aerated live well) and lights are in perfect working condition. Trailer is in great condition, made 6 hour trip (12 Hr. RT) with us on vacation in July 2015 without any issues. Tires and Bunk Boards on trailer are new (06/2015) and all wiring and lights are in perfect working condition.Not pictured is a Garmin GPSMAP 178 chartplotter & depth-finder that has always been dismounted and kept indoors when not in use. Many other items are included: Fire Extinguisher, Tie-Downs, Battery (New 04/2016), Life Jackets, Ski's, Tube, and a Custom 4" PVC Support for Boat Cover (pictured), and more. This is a great family boat that has been well cared for. This is a great package deal...everything you need to get on the water!
