1978 KAYOT 46 foot Houseboat Specs:1. She is in a slip at Katherines Landing, Bullhead City Arizona, very popular vacation spot just a stones throw from Laughlin NV. (slip is transferable, slip includes water and electricity, $435.00 per month)2. A custom rear deck extension was added to her by previous owner which is great area for parking personal watercraft, or use as added patio living space.3. Two roof mounted A/C units that blow ice cold, and the A/C unit in salon is brand new.4. She has a great bullet proof OMC 3.0 liter inline 4 cylinder 120 HP inboard engine. (20 knots...no problem)5. She has a newer 6500 kw generator mounted on top.6. She has a new full sized refrigerator in the galley.7. Original Propane range and stove work great.8. She has a nice bedroom with closets and a queen sized bed.9. Full bathroom with stand up shower.10. 6 Gallon water heater that runs on propane or electric.11. propane grill mounted on bow.12.
