used boat. 1974 Islander 36 racer/cruiser. Lots of upgrades. New cushions throughout most of the boat. Comes with the slip in Oceanside harbor for listed price. You must qualify with Oceanside harbor separately to be a slip renter. Will only sell to someone qualified to rent a harbor slip. In person pick up only. I will sign over the boat and slip rental once payment is received in full and the money clears. Boat is sold as is. If you buy the boat and dont qualify for the slip rental, the sale will be canceled. Owner will not carry loans on the boat or slip.
