I know what you are thinking, why buy this older boat when I can buy a much newer one right? Well, once you see the picture and all the work I did to this boat, you wont think twice. I bought this boat 4 years ago as a project boat, truth be told it was in really bad shape. I spent the entire winter restoring it with my own ideas from the bottom up. Here is a list of what I have done since I purchased it.
* New Transom. Old transom was rotted and soft.
* New Stringers
* New Fiberglass work
* New custom upholstery - done myself with marine grade vynil
* New Custom Paint - done myself with Easypoxy
* New Custom cut down tinted acrylic windows
* New Teleflex Steering system and steering wheel
* New Rub Railing
* New 6 Foot Bimini Top
* New 0-35MPH Faria Speedometer
* New custom switches on console
* New Main Drive Shaft
* New Timing Belt
* New Water pump
* New Gear oil
* New seals
* New trim / Tilt pump
* New Transom saver outboard support
* Newer Carpet
* New Seats
* New pedistals
* propeller reconditioned last summer.I am sure I am missing a few things. I took alot of pride in making this boat my own. I had the boat out several times this summer. The reason I am selling is because I would like to get a bigger boat or a pontoon. This boat is turn key and is ready for the water. Bottom paint is scuffed up from pulling it up on the beach, but that is normal wear and tear. Port side top gunnel has small crack where I did not reinforce it properly when I did the fiberglass work. She is able to top out at around 28mph with 3 people on board. Most I have ever had was 6 people and she did around 22 mph.
I will consider delivering it within 100 miles. Or possible trade for pontoon of equal value. Boat has been garage kept since I have purchased it. If you request any additional pictures, please allow some time for me to get them for you. I keep my boat stored at my other house. Any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks! and Happy Bidding!!
