1985 IMP I/O & Load Rite Trailer (Boat and trailer are included in this auction). This is a sleeper boat, there is room for two people to sleep in the aft, two in the forward, and two in the galley. There is a head(toilet), shower head, fresh water tank, refrigerator, and alcohol/electric stove. There is a swim platform on the back. There is a lot of room on the inside of this boat.

Current owner acquired the boat and just didn't have time to use it and a vehicle that can tow it, it was run and winterized in 2014, cleaned in 2015 but not used, owner has not tested any items on this boat and it is being sold as is, there is no warranty or refunds, please bid accordingly.

Trailer has hydraulic brakes however, they are disconnected for an unknown reason when the owner acquired it. Owner also has a roller kit to replace the rollers on the trailer which is included with this auction. Trailer has a brand new electric winch installed (included). Also, an additional propeller is included with the purchase.

Location: On trailer in Mertztown PA 19539. Boat is ready to be hooked up and driven away (again, hydraulic trailer brakes are disconnected so trailer at your own risk) - 2" trailer ball is required on your receiver.

Payment Terms - The winning bidder should contact the seller immediately after close of auction to confirm the intended payment arrangements. A deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. This deposit is nonrefundable should the buyer fail to pay the remaining balance when due. The deposit may be paid either via PayPal, or Cashiers Check or Money order via overnight mail. The balance is due within 2 days of the end of the auction. Payment of the balance may be made via cash, cashier's check, money order or PayPal. In the event contact is not made within 24-hours of the end of the auction and/or payments are not made by the specified times, seller reserves the right to re-list the item. Items left by buyer or buyers agent for longer than 30 days at the property shall be deemed abandoned and shall render the Bill of Sale void. Abandoning the item will cause the entire proceeds paid to the seller to be forfeited and the item shall be at the sole discretion of the seller to be available for resale.

Taxes and fees - All applicable taxes or fees associated with the purchase, registration, title transfer, or licensing of this item is the responsibility of the buyer and are to be paid by the buyer at the time of transfer.
