1974 Hatteras sport cruiser. 31 feet and 9 inches. Absolutely no hull damage. Primed and ready to paint. Two new 210 HP Cumming Diamond Series Engines professionally installed. Also included 1/4 acre building lot in Rainbow Bay Eluthra Bahamas. Land is high and dry with a beautiful view of an ocean sunset. There is nothing wrong with the boat or the land. I was planning on retiring in the Bahamas, but had a change of plans and am going to be moving to Costa Rica and there's no reason to own land in both areas. It will also be too difficult to take the boat to Costa Rica, so I am just going to get a smaller boat there.
