The boat carpet was cleaned in 2016 & 2017 according to how boatcarpet should be cleaned. No food, shoes, or pets were allowed on the boat. This is a smoke-free boat.The 2015 Phoenix PT24-4 Tandem Trailercomes with a spare tire, there are approx. 375 miles on the tires, it has single-axle disc brakes and LED lights.Oil change recently completed by the dealer on 10/2/17. Oil change & lower end unit oil change done every spring & before winterization. Includes winterization, shrink wrap & storage for this coming winter if needed. If not needed, winterization, shrink wrap & storage can be deducted from the purchase price at a rate of $500.The boat, motor, and trailer title is clear and in-hand.
