Gulfstar 49 Ft - 3 State Rooms - 3 Bathrooms

Fuel - 700 gal, Water 400 gal. Same owner last 20 years. I owned a marina and looked for a yacht that had a nice sized galley, high fuel capacity and good water capacity. After looking at yachts that stopped at my marina I found the Gulfstar was exactly what I wanted. The Lazarra family made mostly sailing craft. In late 1987 they sold their manufacturing facilities to Viking. They had a non compete clause for 5 years. The 2 sons now make only high end yachts like 80' and up. I found this yacht in Ft Lauderdale and brought it home. After a trip one year to the Bahamas I came home and replaced the biminy top by enclosing the flybridge and putting another A/C that would cool the boat if the original one quit working. The generator has a new engine with less than 100 hrs on it. It has vac-u-flush commodes and a holding tank of 40 gals which will hold the waste of two adults for two weeks. I have sold my marina and I am 77 years old so I am selling my yacht. Selling for 160K. No dickering on the price. It has so much more like a 48 mile radar, new gauges, comes with a computer that has the charts on it.
